Julie Suddeth received her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia. She also has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from Radford University in Radford, Virginia.
She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and is rostered in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). She works with clients from age 10 through adults. She specializes in working with children who have experienced trauma as well working with any age clients with depression, anxiety and PTSD. Her therapy is client-centered solution-focused and cognitive behavioral therapy. Most important parts of therapy are being non-judgmental and having a strong rapport and trusting relationship with her clients.
While not working, Julie enjoys being with her family, gardening and enjoying being outside.
