Kayla Kaesmeyer, MA, LCMHC-A
Kayla is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate in the state of North Carolina. Kayla graduated from Gardner-Webb University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She completed her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Lenoir-Rhyne University.
Kayla has a passion for helping people heal and desires to create a comfortable environment for people to come just as they are and process the burdens they carry. Kayla believes that a therapeutic relationship is one of the most important parts of therapy. She considers it a great honor to be able to walk alongside each and every one of her clients.
Kayla works with adults, male or female, age 18 years and older. She has experience working with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, personality disorders, life transitions, and relationship difficulties in a private practice setting. Kayla also enjoys integrating the Christian faith into the counseling process if a client desires it.
In Kayla’s free time, you can find her playing golf with her husband, enjoying a day on the lake, and binge watching TV shows.
